Jean-Mathieu began his career in M&A at Société Générale before moving into private equity across multiple teams. In 30 years, Jean-Mathieu has supported more than 70 companies, with a focus on innovation and international expansion. 10 years ago, Jean-Mathieu became convinced of the critical role internal expansion plays in a company's development and viability, creating the first fund dedicated to French firms that are exporting or want to export. Capital Export combines equity, grants and subsidies, expertise, and local networks and partners to directly meet the needs of business owners and managers with a strategy centered around international expansion.

After working in R&D at Groupe Renault for 3 years, Michel spent 7 years at Entrepreneur Invest, where he helped originate, structure, and support more than 20 expansion capital and LBO transactions, with a particular focus on innovative companies with distinctive expertise. Michel joined Capital Export in 2017, after a rewarding experience as the General Manager of an export-based industrial SME. He offers both his investment experience and extensive knowledge of distinctive French companies that are key to Capital Export's mission. Michel is a graduate of ESSEC and ESTACA business schools.

After two years at XAnge Private Equity and Amundi Private Equity, Charles-Antoine joined Capital Export in 2013. He has helped structure over 15 transactions (LBO and Expansion Capital). He is a graduate of ESSCA Paris Business School.

Nhu Quynh joined Capital Export in 2022, after 8 years' experience in small- and mid-cap M&A consulting with Goetzpartners and then DDA & Company. Over the course of her career, she has been involved in some twenty transactions in the TMT and Medtech sectors. Nhu Quynh is a graduate of ESCP-Europe and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

After earning her Master's degree from IÉSEG School of Management, including studies and internships in Brazil and Spain, Mathilde launched her career in small-caps. She started in acquisition audits at PwC, then moved to Oderis, where she completed around ten transaction services assignments. She then joined the investment field at Turenne Groupe in 2020 as part of the generalist team, where she contributed to four expansion capital and transfer transactions, exclusively involving B2B companies. Mathilde joined Capital Export in 2024, where she helps the partners analyze and evaluate new investments and monitor existing holdings.

Thomas joined the investment team as an Analyst in 2024, after significant experience in private equity at Ardian Expansion and Bpifrance Investissement, as well as at Squareness in Transaction Services. He has worked on a dozen financial audits of acquisitions and investments for small- and mid-cap companies. He offers a full understanding of the investment process and will help the team with its new transactions while also supporting current portfolio companies. Thomas is a graduate of CentraleSupélec.

Victor joined the investment team as an analyst in 2025, after completing an internship at Capital Export in 2024. He previously worked in transaction services at Eight Advisory, working on several investment and restructuring transactions. In addition to his studies at ISAE-SUPAERO, HEC Paris, and the University of Tokyo, he worked as an engineer at the Observatoire de Paris and the Direction Générale de l'Armement. He supports the Capital Export team in transaction execution and strategic monitoring of portfolio holdings.

Marion began her career supporting and financing small businesses, including 5 years in local private equity. In 2016, she moved into middle office, process, and regulatory roles at management companies, first at IRDI Capital Investissement and then at Capital Export in 2020.

Antoine joined Capital Export in 2024 after 9 years of experience in financial auditing at RSM France and Grant Thornton. Over the course of his career, he has worked on projects in a wide range of sectors (industry, services, investment funds, the public sector, non-profits, etc.) and sizes (from regional SMEs to multinationals).

Florence has been assisting companies with their international development for over 20 years (more than 1,000 companies advised). After business development experience in Asia, she worked in regional international support services. Florence moved to Capital Export in 2019 from Classe Export, where she was in charge of the financial engineering unit.

Stella joined Capital Export in January 2020, after three years in a B2B sales department. She is responsible for administrative and accounting management.

Bénédicte has over 20 years of experience in internal control and compliance with asset management companies. She began her career in auditing at PwC, first in Luxembourg, then in Paris, before joining a specialized firm where she developed her compliance expertise. Building on this experience, she set up her own business dedicated to internal control and compliance. Since Capital Export was founded, she has served as the designated RCCI (Internal Control and Compliance Officer), ensuring regulatory compliance and the implementation of best practices.

Julia has over 20 years' experience in developing service offerings for SMEs and ETIs. She began her career with Salesforce in Paris, before setting up her own business developing and coordinating customer relations in the financial sector. A few years later, Julia joined Capital Export in 2022, as Development Manager, with particular responsibility for developing relations with Capital Export's customers and partners.
