Founded in 1998, Cabi Group has developed around a strong conviction: animal welfare is essential to production safety and growing consumer expectations. The company has designed a range of responsible products at the service of breeders. Renowned for their quality, simplicity and functionality, the mobile buildings and equipment are designed primarily for the rearing of small animal species, particularly poultry. Products are adapted to meet both organic/farmer and Label Rouge requirements. The company's customers are agricultural cooperatives and livestock farmers operating small-scale farms throughout France, with an emerging but dynamic stream of export sales.
In September 2020, Capital Export acquired Cabi Group. The project, led primarily by Capital Export, aims to create a leading group in livestock equipment capable of offering farmers comprehensive solutions from the outside to the inside of their facilities. This strategy relies on strong organic growth driven by an expanded product range, along with an active and selective external growth policy targeting companies operating in related products and markets.
This joint project also aims to develop the company internationally, with priority given to cross-border markets where demand is strong.

Cabi Group is a standout example of the vitality found across our regions, with strong growth potential both in France and abroad. In keeping with the company’s identity and values, our plan is to evolve from an artisanal production model to an industrial one while expanding our range of products, including connected silos and cabins powered by AI. We also aim to implement a targeted and meaningful acquisition strategy in France and to build international partnerships, particularly in neighboring countries.
