Digital training and information for healthcare professionals

Digital training and information for healthcare professionals
Founded in 2013 by Jean-Eric Lucas, the group specializes in mandatory continuing education for healthcare professionals. With its 150 modules, SFP Expansion helps many healthcare professionals fulfill their continuing education obligations every year. Through its subsidiaries GMS and Oseus, the group also publishes specialized professional journals and organizes health-related webinars. Capital Export takes a stake in SFP Expansion through an OBO in July 2019. Starting in 2020, the group strengthens its training catalog and its number of registrants, and diversifies into the Media sector with the acquisition of Global Media Santé. On the historical perimeter, an aggressive sales policy is driving strong growth. By the end of 2020, in less than two years, sales had doubled to €17 million. Against this favorable backdrop, in May 2021, Capital Export organized a secondary LBO and reinvested significantly alongside Naxicap Partner. This new shareholding structure will enable the group to pursue its growth momentum, based on 2 key strategic priorities: accelerating its external growth strategy in a market undergoing full consolidation, and embarking on a strategy of international business development, primarily in the United States, with the support of the Capital Export network. By the end of 2021, the Group has already completed 3 acquisitions: Oseus, Immostéo and Webdental. These companies are publishers of continuing e-learning courses for general practitioners, radiologists and dentists. These acquisitions round out the Group's offering, which until now had been aimed primarily at nurses and physiotherapists, and represent consolidated sales of over €20 million. The Group is thus well on the way to achieving its goal of becoming the leader in training for healthcare professionals and digital information in France, and establishing a solid foothold in new markets abroad.
