Based in Nîmes, France, Fogale Sensors' capacitive metrology technology stems from applied research carried out in major French public-sector laboratories. These technologies, marketed for over 20 years by Fogale Sensors, are mainly used for very high-precision dimensional and vibratory measurements. No other technology can match the requirements and performance of Fogale Sensors.
Applications are very broad, with the main customers being in the fields of medical equipment, turbomachinery (power plants and jet engines) and hyper-precision positioning (mega-telecopes, satellites, etc.). Several other applications exist, including one in the field of industrial and consumer robotics, whose vast commercial potential makes it a priority for Fogale Sensors in the years to come.
The management team in place for several years has taken over the company with the support of Capital Export, with the aim of accelerating its commercial and international development. Capital Export is making its extensive networks in the world's major markets available to support Fogale Sensors, particularly in Asia and the United States. A process of approaching targets is already underway, notably in the United States, with the aim of selective external growth which is one of the pillars of the project.
