DSIA publishes and integrates software solutions in Saas mode, specialized in the world of the Supply Chain.
The company has two main offerings: Logistar and AB Value. Logistar is the core solution, divided into three sub-offers. The WMS solution covers the operational activity of a logistics platform, optimizing planning, management and allocation of resources in real time to boost productivity. The TMS solution optimizes transport plans to deliver goods on time and on budget. Lastly, Logistar OMS is a complete order management and planning solution for optimizing supply management. Abvalue Analytics is a tool for steering and monitoring Supply Chain performance, providing the means to identify productivity gains and sustain Supply Chain performance. Customers are mainly major accounts such as distributors, logisticians and telephone operators. Capital Export acquired a stake in DSIA in July 2020. The company's CEO and key executives will be strengthened as part of the deal. Marc Dabouineau and the 7 shareholding managers will be able to launch a new phase of development based on several major strategic axes, thanks to the company's "haute couture" software offering, associated services, and the expertise and efficiency of its various teams: deployment of the Abvalue analytics offering with existing customers, and new sales conquests;
strengthening the position of the Logistar offering with key customers, with roll-outs on new sites;

acquisition policy in Europe
With the support of Capital Export, the company's managers intend to consolidate the company's position with existing customers, and accelerate its international development, notably through external growth operations in France and abroad.
