DSIA publishes and integrates SaaS software solutions specialized in the Supply Chain sector. The company offers two main product lines: Logistar and AB Value. Logistar is the historical solution, available in three sub-offerings. The WMS solution covers the operational activity of a logistics platform, optimizing planning, management, and resource allocation in real-time to increase productivity. The TMS solution optimizes transport plans to route goods while respecting delivery deadlines and commitments. Logistar OMS is a complete order management and planning solution designed to optimize supply management.
` Abvalue Analytics is a tool for steering and monitoring Supply Chain performance, providing the means to identify productivity opportunities and sustain Supply Chain performance. Clients are primarily key accounts such as retailers, logistics providers, and telecom operators. Capital Export acquired a stake in DSIA in July 2020. The CEO and key executives increased their equity stake as part of the transaction. The high-end software offering, associated services, and the expertise and efficiency of the various teams enable Marc Dabouineau and the seven manager-shareholders to initiate a new phase of development based on several major strategic pillars:deploying the Abvalue analytics offering to existing clients and winning new business;
strengthening Logistar's positions with major clients through deployments at new sites;
commercial development in export markets;
an acquisition policy in Europe.
With the support of Capital Export, the executives intend to consolidate the company's position with existing clients and accelerate its international development, notably through external growth operations in France and abroad.
