CELEC manufactures a wide range of optoelectronic sensors using various proprietary technologies (10 international patents). The Group provides its clients with high-tech, custom-made detection and control solutions. Present in France (Neufchâtel-en-Bray) and China (Ningbo), CELEC, which generates nearly 70% of its business internationally, is active primarily in three markets: sanitary, automatic door systems, and checkout conveyor control. In 2015, Capital Export organized the transmission of the company via a BIMBO centered around Michel Fardo (from the railway industry) to initiate, alongside the historical managers, an aggressive growth strategy combining the launch of new product ranges, the conquest of new industries, and the strengthening of international commercial presence. With objectives achieved and the outlook remaining very promising, Capital Export decided in 2020 to continue its long-term support for the company by renewing its commitment to Celec and its teams.
