CELEC manufactures a wide range of optoelectronic sensors using various proprietary technologies (10 international patents). The group provides its customers with customized, high-tech detection and control solutions. With operations in France (Neufchâtel-en-Bray) and China (Ningbo), CELEC, which generates almost 70% of its business internationally, is active in three main markets: sanitaryware, automated door closures, and cash register carpet control. In 2015, Capital-Export organized the transfer of the company, within the framework of a BIMBO, around Michel Fardo (from the railway industry) to engage with the historical managers in an offensive growth strategy, combining the launch of new ranges, the conquest of new industries and the strengthening of the international commercial presence. With the objectives achieved and the outlook still very promising, Capital Export, in 2020, has decided to continue its support for the company over the long term by renewing its commitment to Celec and its teams.
