Adeunis is the expert in IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) solutions dedicated to optimizing the management of buildings (Smart Building), industrial processes and services (Smart Industry), and enhancing the attractiveness of cities (Smart City). The Group's mission is to support the digitalization of its customers' businesses through IIoT solutions, guaranteeing the complete information chain, from sensors to data transfer to their applications. A shareholder in Adeunis since 2014, Capital-Export has supported the company's strategic evolution, helping it to transform into a company with high technological and economic added value in an IIoT market that was then under construction. The implementation of this strategic vision took place over a long period of time, culminating in Adeunis' IPO in 2017, supported by Capital Export's renewed long-term involvement. The sale in 2019 of its non-strategic subsidiary Vokkero (communication solutions for mobile teams in sport or industry) has enabled Adeunis to finalize its refocusing of activity around the development of IIot solutions.
