The implementation of this strategic vision was carried out over the long term, culminating in Adeunis’s IPO in 2017, supported by Capital Export’s renewed long-term commitment. The divestment in 2019 of its non-strategic subsidiary Vokkero (communication solutions for mobile teams in sports and industry) enabled Adeunis to finalize the refocusing of its activities around the development of IIoT solutions.
