Founded in 1968, the SEAT Ventilation Group is a manufacturer specializing in air extractors designed for corrosive, toxic, or explosive (ATEX) atmospheres. These solutions are specifically intended to extract toxic gases and vapors from laboratory fume hoods (high-tech extraction hoods), primarily in research, medical, and pharmaceutical laboratories, as well as in hospitals, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, and water treatment facilities.
Backed by a distribution network established in 70 countries and its subsidiary Plastec Ventilation in the United States, the Group generates more than half of its revenue internationally, a segment currently experiencing strong growth.
Positioned in a niche market served by only a few specialists globally, the SEAT Ventilation Group aims to strengthen its international standing through both organic growth and acquisitions. Capital Export’s experience and networks support this strategy in Europe, the United States, and Asia, priority development regions offering vast addressable market opportunities.
