Founded in 1968, SEAT Ventilation manufactures air extractors for use in corrosive, toxic, or explosive (ATEX) atmospheres. These solutions are specifically designed to extract toxic gases and vapors from laboratory fume hoods (high-tech extraction hoods), primarily in research, medical, and pharmaceutical laboratories, as well as in hospitals, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, and water treatment facilities.
Thanks to a distribution network in 70 countries and its US subsidiary Plastec Ventilation, the company generates more than half of its revenue through exports, a segment currently experiencing strong growth.
As one of the world's few specialists in a niche market, SEAT Ventilation aims to bolster its global presence through both organic growth and acquisitions. Capital Export’s experience and networks are supporting this strategy in Europe, the United States, and Asia, which offer extensive market opportunities.
