Founded in 1987 in Bondoufle (91), ACFRI designs, manufactures, and markets a complete range of rapid cooling, deep-freezing, crusting, stiffening, and controlled thawing solutions. These solutions (cells, tunnels, and digital platforms) are primarily intended for the food processing and mass retail industries, central kitchens, catering, and the bakery-pastry sector. ACFRI is also expanding into the healthcare sector, for applications such as human plasma preservation and the conditioning of eutectic plates (notably for vaccine transport). The Group stands out for its R&D and innovation capabilities, granting it internationally recognized expertise in temperature precision and uniformity, refrigerant management, and monitoring and traceability tools. The company’s products are at the cutting edge of energy efficiency and eco-design, providing a real competitive lead that is expected to strengthen with the upcoming launch of ranges compliant with future regulations.
