For 10 years, the private equity fund Capital Export has been supporting SMEs and mid-caps with ambitions to scale internationally. Convinced that exporting is not reserved solely for large groups and CAC 40 companies, Capital Export commissioned OpinionWay to produce the first Export Barometer dedicated to SMEs and mid-caps, with the objective of measuring the evolution of these companies' maturity in international markets.

Supported by Capital Export since July 2019, 2B Services Innovations, a specialist in infrastructure waste recycling, is pursuing its development strategy with the acquisition of BM Environnement. The latter specializes in the collection, deconditioning, and recovery of bio-waste using methanization technology. This external growth operation enables the 2B Services Innovations Group to expand its scope of operations, client base, and development potential.

Capital Export, an investment fund specializing in supporting exporting companies, is organizing a primary MBO for Verdot IPS², a French company designing equipment that enables pharmaceutical players (Big Pharma, biotechs, etc.) to extract active ingredients for the manufacture of drugs and vaccines. Alongside Capital Export as the majority shareholder, Éric Merlot (incumbent CEO), Swen Capital, CEPAL Capital (Caisse d’Epargne Auvergne-Limousin), and CELDA Capital (Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Drôme-Ardèche) are participating in the funding round.
