Naxicap Partners joins SFP Expansion's growth project
SFP Expansion, a leading player in the training market for healthcare and medical information professionals, announces the reorganization of its capital structure. Naxicap Partners, a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers, has become the majority shareholder. SFP's management team and Capital Export, a shareholder since 2019, are making significant reinvestments. SFP is also acquiring Oseus, a digital training platform for specialist practitioners, consolidating its leading position in healthcare training.

Capital Export orchestrates a primary MBO of Verdot IPS²
Capital Export, an investment fund that specializes in supporting exporting companies, has completed a primary MBO of Verdot IPS². This French company designs equipment for the pharmaceutical industry (Big Pharma, biotechs, etc.) to extract the active ingredients needed to produce drugs and vaccines. Capital Export is the majority shareholder, with contributions from Éric Merlot (current CEO), Swen Capital, CEPAL Capital (Caisse d’Epargne Auvergne-Limousin), and CELDA Capital (Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Drôme-Ardèche).
