For 10 years, the private equity fund Capital Export has been supporting SMEs and ISEs with international growth ambitions. Driven by our belief that exporting should not be limited to large or listed companies, Capital Export commissioned OpinionWay to produce the first Export Barometer focusing on SMEs and ISEs. The goal was to measure the evolving maturity level of these companies in international markets.

With support from Capital Export since July 2019, 2B Services Innovations, an infrastructure waste recycling specialist, is pursuing its development strategy by acquiring BM Environnement. The latter collects, deconditions, and recovers bio-waste using methanization technology. This external growth operation will allow 2B Services Innovations to expand its operations, client base, and development potential.

Capital Export, an investment fund that specializes in supporting exporting companies, has completed a primary MBO of Verdot IPS². This French company designs equipment for the pharmaceutical industry (Big Pharma, biotechs, etc.) to extract the active ingredients needed to produce drugs and vaccines. Capital Export is the majority shareholder, with contributions from Éric Merlot (current CEO), Swen Capital, CEPAL Capital (Caisse d’Epargne Auvergne-Limousin), and CELDA Capital (Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Drôme-Ardèche).
