Capital Export will leverage its network and expertise to help AA OPTO-ELECTRONIC accelerate its international development, particularly in Europe and the United States. Capital Export will implement this strategy in close collaboration with Stéphane Hadida, the company’s CEO, who retains a significant stake, as well as the management team and employees, who have seized the opportunity to become shareholders.

At the same time, the company plans to strengthen its market position through a targeted external growth strategy to diversify its offering, both technologically and geographically. These acquisitions will also enable AA OPTO-ELECTRONIC to take on new industrial sectors and expand its client base, particularly abroad.

The company, which employs around sixty people, will also expand its production capacity to support business growth, driven by momentum observed in its underlying markets, particularly the medical, quantum computing, and defense sectors.

This three-pronged approach - international expansion, external growth, and increased production capacity - will allow AA OPTO-ELECTRONIC to consolidate its position as a leading player in acousto-optic components and high-value-added laser technologies. The company generated over €18 million in revenue in 2024, and the ultimate goal is to double that.
