Since investing in Adeunis in 2014, Capital Export has supported its strategic evolution toward a company with high technological and economic added value in a developing IIoT market.
Thanks to the success of this strategic vision, Adeunis was able to launch an IPO in 2017, supported by Capital Export’s renewed long-term involvement.
In 2019, Adeunis sold its non-strategic subsidiary Vokkero (communication solutions for mobile teams in the sports or industry) to fully focus on developing IIoT solutions. Adeunis is now a major player in the French IIoT market, known for its range of technological skills.
